iParkYou is a digital community facilitating guest parking in apartment buildings in larger cities. Parking space owners can easily rent out their unused parking space and earn some extra money. Guests visiting a resident can book a parking spot right in the apartment building they are visiting. The resident they are visiting opens the garage door upon arrival. Instead of coming in through the front door, guests now enter the building through the garage door. Signing up is simple and free for both hosts and guests.

Advantages for hosts
• Help neighbouring residents and their guests to book parking and save money
• Earn something extra by renting out your parking space
• No fuss. Residents open the garage door for their guests

Advantages for guests
• Only pay 50% of the street fare
• No searching, reserve parking in the building you visit
• Simply book a parking space with the (web)app

iParkYou is currently only available in the Netherlands. iParkYou can be used when there is a host renting out a parking space in the parking garage of an apartment building. From that moment on the apartment building becomes part of the community and bookings can be made.
After entering your search, available parking spaces in the building will be shown. You can complete a booking after registration.

Signing up for an iParkYou account is free as well as renting out your parking space. For every parking transaction a fee is applicable.

About iParkYou
Wouldn’t it be nice if we did not have to build extra parking garages and cities would have lots of space for parks and playgrounds?
If all visitors and residents of apartment buildings would use iParkYou, costs, carbon emissions and air pollution would be reduced and space will become available. iParkYou hopes to positively contribute to cities and the environment.
